Desert Paloma
Ingredients:
1.5 oz Desert Door Original Texas Sotol
1.5 oz Fresh Grapefruit Juice
0.5 oz Fresh Lime Juice
0.5 oz Agave Nectar
Method:
Combine all ingredients in a shaker.
Add ice. Shake vigorously. Strain
into rocks glass. Add fresh ice and
garnish with a grapefruit wheel.
Sotol'd Fashioned
Ingredients:
2 oz Desert Door Oak-Aged Texas Sotol
0.25 oz Cane Sugar
2 Dashes Angostura Bitters
2 Orange Wheels
1 Luxardo Cherry with a spoonful of juice
Method:
In an Old Fashioned glass, muddle
bitters, sugar, and 1 orange wheel.
Remove orange rind. Add sotol and one
large ice cube. Stir. Garnish with a
cherry and remaining orange wheel.
Matadoor
Ingredients:
1.5 oz Desert Door Original Texas Sotol
1 oz Pineapple Juice
1 oz Fresh Squeezed Lime Juice
0.25 oz Agave
Jalapeno
Twang Chili Lime Salt and Lime Wedge
Method:
Rim your glass with chili-lime salt using
lime wedge. Add ice to glass. Combine
the rest of your ingredients to a shaker
with ice. Shake vigorously. Strain into
glass. Garnish with jalapeno.
River 'rita
Ingredients:
1.5 oz Desert Door Original Texas Sotol
1.5 oz Lime Juice
.5 oz Organic Agave Nectar
Lime wedge
Method:
Combine all ingredients in a shaker.
Add ice. Shake vigorously. Strain into
rocks glass. Add fresh ice and garnish
with a lime wedge.
